Payment Information

Tuition payments are made to your child’s InTouch account.  Please refer to the pricing guide above to calculate tuition. Tuition is due for all days your child is enrolled, regardless of absences. Weekly payments are due on the first school day of each week, but you may make deposits of any amount, as long as your balance is enough to pay the weekly payments.   A late fee of $15 will be charged if payment has not been received within 5 school days of the due date.

Tuition may be paid by check, cash, or credit card.

If paying by check or cash, please give the director the check or cash when dropping off or picking up your child.

Credit card payments may be made online through the InTouch payment portal (please note that this is different from the Infinite Campus Parent Portal).  A nominal processing fee will be applied.

To log into the payment portal click here

Your username is your child’s District ID number.  Your password is your child’s last name with the first letter capitalized.  Tuition cannot be paid on a guest account: – you must use the student login.

Attendance Policy

For safety purposes, it is imperative that students are accounted for at all times in which they are enrolled. Parents should notify the director in the event their child is absent or leaves school early. Tuition is due for all days the child is enrolled, regardless of absences.
IMPORTANT: If a child will NOT be at the afternoon session on a day that he/she usually attends, parents should notify the AfterCare program.
If a child is not at AfterCare as scheduled, the director or another responsible employee will notify the parent/guardian.

Activities

Our program utilizes a variety of experiences: gym, cafeteria play, and playground (weather permitting). The gym provides physical equipment for large motor play and group and individual games. We also play in the cafeteria with board games, magnetic tiles, Legos, building blocks, play sets, coloring, puzzles, etc. Personal toys, electronic games, balls, and art supplies should be left at home. Homework tables/areas will also be provided for students to work on assignments.  Students will be assisted with homework – please note this is not a “tutoring/teaching” session.  It is the child’s responsibility to complete homework. When weather permits, students play outside utilizing the school’s playground equipment.

Snacks

AfterCare students will be served a “Smart Snack” each day.  Please let the director know if your child has any food allergies or any special medical needs. Students will also refill their water bottles or staff will provide water for them.

Signing In/Out:

All children must be signed in and out by parents (or a person they have authorized and listed on the enrollment form).  Children will not be released without proper authorization and appropriate identification.

Discipline

In order to provide appropriate and safe care for your child, we will offer talks, reminders, positive reinforcement, and redirection. If those options are not effective, we will follow this behavioral process:

  1. Parents will be notified when there are behavior problems with their child.

  2. Should a child’s behavior problems continue, parents will be contacted and expected to pick their child up as soon as possible.

  3. If behavior problems continue, the child will be dismissed from the program.

Contact Information

We have an AfterCare cell phone in case you need to get in contact with us during Before/AfterCare hours.
